Intellectual Property.
All indicators, code, content, text, images, brand elements and analytical frameworks published on Realytica are the intellectual property of the creator. They may not be reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, resold or shared without explicit written permission.
Subscription access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account access is prohibited.

Third Party Content.
Realytica may reference or link to third party content for informational purposes only. Such references do not constitute endorsement of those sources or their views. TradingView® is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. Realytica has no affiliation with TradingView beyond use of their platform for indicator publishing.

Amendments.
This disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law.
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from use of the Realytica platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

PRIVACY POLICY.
What Data We Collect.
When you subscribe to Realytica we collect:

Name and email address
TradingView username
Payment information — processed and stored securely by our payment processor. Realytica does not store card details.
Basic usage data through standard website analytics

How We Use Your Data.
Your data is used solely to:

Provide and manage your subscription
Grant access to TradingView indicators
Send subscription related communications
Improve the platform

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security.
Your data is stored securely. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. We use third party processors including Stripe and SureCart to process payments. These processors handle payment data under their own privacy policies and GDPR compliant data processing agreements.

Your Rights.
If you are located in the European Economic Area you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time

TERMS OF SERVICE
The Service.
Realytica provides a subscription based platform offering proprietary trading indicators, educational content and analytical tools for use on the TradingView platform.

Subscription.
Access to the Realytica Suite requires an active paid subscription. Subscription terms:

Monthly: $39/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial billing periods.

Realytica reserves the right to change subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active subscribers.

Refund Policy.
Realytica offers a 14 day refund on first time subscriptions. After this period refunds are considered on a case by case basis but are not guaranteed. Refunds are not available on renewal payments. 

By subscribing and consenting to immediate access to the indicator suite, subscribers acknowledge that the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under Swedish consumer law does not apply to digital services where delivery has commenced with the subscriber’s explicit consent.

Access and Eligibility.
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe. Subscription access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or grant others access to your subscription.

Acceptable Use.
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute or resell any Realytica content or indicators.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying code of any indicator.
Share subscription access with others.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

Termination.
Realytica reserves the right to terminate subscriptions that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realytica and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or its tools.

Changes to Terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes to these terms and asked to confirm acceptance before continued use.
